Attorney Nicole Davis has more than 5 years experience in litigating criminal cases including both felony and misdemeanor crimes.

After serving as a deputy prosecuting attorney, Nicole joined Chris's practice in 2006.

Nicole has dedicated her career to working in the criminal justice system. Along with DUI defense, Nicole specializes in defending misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor charges, as well as gun right restoration and vacating criminal convictions. Nicole has the experience of serving on both sides of the justice system and uses that to analyze the government's case to formulate winning strategies. Along with extensive jury trial experience, Nicole has a successful motion practice and advanced negotiation training.

In addition, Nicole handles family law matters including, divorce/dissolution, paternity and parenting plans, and custody and support modifications.
